The Distillery

Tradition, love of the earth and its roots are all concepts that the family Drouet believe in.

The domain Drouet & Son is located a few kilometers from Cognac. It covers 39 hectares. The land is divided in two: The most prestigious 70% Grande Champagne, Premier Cru, and 30% Petite Champagne. For bottling, we chose to use only Grande Champagne cognacs to develop high spirit expression, representative of this unique terroir.
