This rum is one of the best rums of it’s kind I’ve ever had, and it will dent your wallet to show it’s no accident. Everything about it works: presentation, nose, taste, finish. Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 2:41PM Olivia and Ginevra Casa, the queens of Italian bubbly, made a visit to Edmonton last week to promote their version of a wine whose popularity has blown through Edmonton faster than a Ferrari.
"We grew up in Italy and developed a passion for Prosecco," says Ginevra Casa. "But a year ago, the Italian laws concerning the production of Prosecco changed."
