By any other name, Prosecco a sparkling delight

Olivia and Ginevra Casa, the queens of Italian bubbly, made a visit to Edmonton last week to promote their version of a wine whose popularity has blown through Edmonton faster than a Ferrari.

"We grew up in Italy and developed a passion for Prosecco," says Ginevra Casa. "But a year ago, the Italian laws concerning the production of Prosecco changed."
