Tasting Notes:Nose : Rich sherry aromas whose complexity gives only hints of creamy fudge toffees give way to Glenglassaugh's boiled fruit sweet medley, too complex to break down. Hints of menthol and peppermint gradually creep in.
Taste : Rich sherry dominates but the boiled fruits flavours appear in the mid-palate. A combination of apples, black currents and oranges tantalize with just a glimpse of Scottish tablet.
Finish :A medium, long finish follows where the rich sherry flavours are complimented with the mentol-like cooling.
